FoSTaC FSSAI Training: Must for Compliance
Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) is a initiative led by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). The goal of this program is to build a group of trained Food Safety Supervisors (FSS) with expertise in good hygiene and manufacturing practices.
According to FSSAI regulations, every food-related business in India must ensure that for every 25 employees, at least one person obtains FOSTAC certification.
